MonOpticien is a subsidiary of the group MiOptico which has recently arrived to Portugal. A modern brand, focused on customer satisfaction and the good management of its points of sale that has been on this country’s territory for a few months and has already started its impact on the market.

We decided to talk to the conquerors: the optician and optometrist Florent Carrière, together with the marketeer and co-creator Stephane Saurue.

ÓpticaPro: It is true that MonOpticien was inaugurated in Portugal last July. How is it going so far?

Stephane Saurue: The implementation of MonOpticien in Portugal is very recent, more specifically, three months ago, not counting the month of August. This is the real difference between a club and a central purchasing center. In this way, there are no commissions or a loyalty program, so we have been able to achieve a membership of 13 optical stores since July.
