Opticenter reopened onJune 1st in the city of Viseu after a brief interruption. The new store is located in the heart of the city, in Largo General Humberto Delgado nº 19.

The opening of the new store counted, as usual, withthe presence of Fernando Mendes, Opticenter’s ambassador,and withmanycurious people wanting to benefit from the offer of glasses to new customers and the chance to takea “selfie” with the well-known actor andshow host. And sinceit was Children’s Day there were no shortage of gifts for the little ones.

The Portuguese National Association of Opticians (ANO) strongly condemns the conduct of Fabrióptica, which owns ‘Fábrica de Óculos do Cacém’ and ‘Chiado Eyeglass Factory’ in Lisbon. They are sending advertising messages to clients and potential customers, urging them to leave their homes to visit their stores in the middle of the State of Emergency, not complying with the legislation in force.
